On Tuesday, June 30, 2015, representatives from Hong Kong Christian Council visited Metropolitan Nektarios of Hong Kong and South East Asia in his office and interviewed him about the involvement of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in the ecumenical movement and about the presence and the future of the unity among Christian Churches and Denominations in Hong Kong.
