Vesting of a Bishop in the Orthodox Rite.

The Bishop, in the midst of his people, is vested by the deacons and subdeacons. The Archdeacon prays aloud the prayers of Vesting, while two deacons incense. The choir is chanting the hymn “Anothen oi Prophetai” (the Prophets Above).
