After a 40-day period of prayer and fasting the Orthodox Community in Hong Kong, as well as all the Orthodox Communities in Southeast Asia and in the entire world, celebrated the Great Feast of Christmas.

Metropolitan Nektarios presided over the Christmas Liturgy in the presence of many faithful at Saint Luke Orthodox Cathedral on Wednesday evening, December 24th. The Metropolitan delivered a moving homily about the meaning of the great feast. After the Divine Liturgy Metropolitan Nektarios hosted a Christmas banquet for the numerous faithful and the refuges that the Orthodox Metropolitanate supports.
