On Saturday, May 14, His All-Holiness presided over Vespers at SS. Constantine & Helen Church of Sinasos. A large group of pilgrims was led by Metropolitan Paisios of Leros, Kalimnos and Astipalaia. Afterward His All-Holiness visited the Mayor of Sinasos, the Hon. Levent Ak at the City Hall.

On Sunday of the Paralytic, May 15, 2011, His All Holiness presided over the Divine Liturgy together with Metropolitan Jeremiah of Switzerland and Archbishop Arsenios of Istra (Moscow) at St. Demetrios Church of Aravisos.

On Monday, May 16, 2011, His All-Holiness visited the Prefect of Neapolis, the Hon. Abdurrahman Savaş.

Throughout the visit to Cappadocia, His All-Holiness and his entourage visited numerous spectacular carved stone chapels and monasteries, with splendid surviving frescoes, where monastics lived from at least the fourth century through the fourteenth century.
